Adventure Cruise to Örö Island 2013

This year you can experience the thrill of traditional sailing on yacht Eugenia and galeass Inga. (Note that the program is mainly in Finnish an Swedish, and announcement of foreign visitors must be done at least two weeks before departure. This is due to the military circumstances.)

Price for Eugenia 60 €/adult, for Inga 79€/adult. Children 6-12 years -50%. Younger children free of charge.

Price includes fish soup lunch, coffee and roll, sailing activities and guidance. Duration 10.00-17.15. Meeting place at Archipelago Visitor Center Blue Mussle (Sinisimpukka) in Kasnäs. Eugenia sails to the southern port of Örö, and Inga to the other port, which means the walking distance will be longer with Inga. The program includes the trip to the island and back to galeas Inga, and a 2 hour guided walking tour of the island. On the way to Örö the sails are set and the fish soup lunch is served. The crew share information on traditional sailing ships and the archipelago, and the guests can take part in setting the sails. During the island walk guides will relate information the history and nature of the island. Örö is home to about 1600 species of butterflies, some of which are only seen in Örö. Ride the Great White S&S SWAN 43

You can now experience the classic sailing boat S&S SWAN 43, a boat built for racing.
The boat has excellent sailing properties and is easy and safe to handle.
Previous sailing experience is no necessary as the boat always has a skipper.
You can still participate in the handling and steering of the boat.
Departure from Nauvo or Airisto.

Theme Cruises

Inga makes Drama sailing trips in the Hitis archipelago with the theme LOVE AND BEACH BANDITS, a seven hour cruise in the Hitis archipelago with six quite short plays about this specific area of the archipelago (Note, that the plays are either in Finnish or Swedish). We will also be hoisting the sails and sailing, dropping the anchor during the plays, visit some island destinations, eat on the ship and have some coffee with buns. Departure at 10 a.m. and return at 5 p.m. in Söderlångvik, Dragsfjärd. The price of the cruise is 79€/person. Book your tickets in this link.
